Hotel & Cabanas Zazil Kin Tulum

Everything was simply perfect. Booked a room with a bathroom. The staff were helpful and decent, were waiting for us in the nice lobby.

It was very relaxing time in Tulum. All INCREDIBLE: staff and location. There was coconut trees and parks next to the place. Spacious bedroom and neat bathroom. We loved breakfast that was included. There was a nice pool on site too.

Location is comfy, reasonably large room, bed is big. Marvellous view of bay. Location near an own beach. Simple check-in & accommodating service.

The place was relaxing, fairly clean, had very good staff and location. This hotel was in a lovely area just off the ocean, the beach. Also, I liked how phenomenal the location was. The easy check-in process too. Plus their wifi was good.

I really enjoyed the place thanks to location and staff. Functional building, reasonably clean and comfy bedroom. Location was very close to parks and coconut trees. The restaurant was good and food was tasty. Splendid views and quiet garden. Medium venue, great value...

hotel was low-budget, i liked it. breakfast was savoury; rooms were exceptionally nice and exceptionally nice. glorious view, a spacious balcony, very comfy bed, too. the breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. thanks to a fantastic service i had a warm stay.

The weather was glorious, had very delightful stay. The personnel was humble and the rooms were warm.

Cheap room, comfortable bed, AFFORDABLE breakfast! Residential location, just a pleasant stroll away from pyramid el castillo. Reasonably priced pool bar.

Not far from a stunning beach. Visited their restaurant Coral Azul couple of times👍👌

Kudos to bartender. Shuttle was a nice touch. The hotel is located in the downtown zone. There was a beach bar.

It's great place for sightseeing and exploring Tulum. They offered us GOOD meals, had plenty of options to choose from.
